Shadè obtained her BA LLB at the University of Johannesburg in 2012. She relocated to Ballito and joined the firm’s litigation department in 2014, where she completed her articles. She was thereafter admitted as an attorney. In 2015, she completed an advanced course in Business Rescue Practice from the University of South Africa. Shadè specialises in litigation, criminal law and matrimonial / family law.
Mornè has over 15 years experience in commercial, insolvency and public law litigation. He was admitted as an attorney in 2001, following which he practised for his own account in Johannesburg. In 2002, he completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales. In 2007, he joined an in-house legal department specialising in insolvency law, director’s liability litigation and public law. While working in London, he was seconded to work on a high-profile public inquiry relating to the British military occupation of Iraq during the second Gulf War. He joined the firm in 2015 and his particular areas of interest are commercial litigation, insolvency law and contracts. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales as well as the Law Society of KwaZulu-Natal. His qualifications include B.Proc, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Certificate in Advanced Corporate and Securities Law.
